Christmas Holiday 2010 pics

Wow, its already March and I've been slacking on my blogging.  Here's some pics from winter 2010.
We had Christmas in Watsonville and spent some time with my parents and Ricky, Linda, and Emily.
'come on zuki, give daddy a kiss'
mommy and zuki
grandma and zuki

fun times with emily

zuki got a plush Ponyo for Christmas.  she was so happy cuz she's a big fan of the movie.

wow, zuki actually didn't make a funny face in this pic

we went to a kids discovery museum in palo alto. zuki had a good time playing.

oh, silly zuki

for new years, vince put on a 80's new years eve party.  luckily my parents kept my old clothes and i went as one of SNL singers of 'put your d* in a box', and 'mother lover'.  (i actually dressed like them in the 80's.  yeah, it was IN)
the girls dressed in 80's fashion (though none of them had their bangs up with hairspray)

we also celebrated my birthday during the new years eve party.  i got some giftcards and a bottle of cisco (i had the nickname 'cisco kid' for a while, but that's another story)
zuki liked playing with spencer's 'paper guitar'.  i think we found a hidden talent.

rock star in the making

and then she moved on to the drums

we ended the new years party with a poker game and vince's special punch

when we came back to LA, we had some free passes to the zoo, so we hit that up

life is good. food to eat, and no need to walk

ah zuki, trying to hide

for my birthday, we went to a yakiniku restaurant (you cook your own food on a grill in the middle of the table).  lots of beef to eat.

mommy cooking, and zuki...i don't know what she's doing.  by the way, there's no pictures of me on MY birthday. why is that?

more pics of zuki acting silly

we wanted to try out this restaurant we read about in the AAA magazine.  it was Eatalian Cafe in Gardena.

somebody is hungry and doesn't want to smile

food's here. everyone is good now, i think.

we finished the dinner off with some gelato, but it ended up with a spoon fight over getting a spoonful from the cup
